The 2026 brochure lists three ways to pay for your villa. The down payment is due when signing the promise to purchase; the final payment is due on delivery.

Express

Down payment (on signing): 90%
During construction: 0%
Final payment (on delivery): 10%

50% Plan

Down payment (on signing): 50%
During construction: 30%
Final payment (on delivery): 20%

Standard

Down payment (on signing): 20%
During construction: 40%
Final payment (on delivery): 40%
